I just wanted to let all of the registered users know that the active chapter is once again leasing the house from the alumni.
Effective Feb 1, 2002 the actives are leasing the house for 3500 a semester. They will pay all bills, and maintain the house.
Any alumni wishing to donate any funds for major house improvments(money held by alumni) can contact me at Aaronrosp@aol.com.
We have done a few changes since you have last been here. The Phat Pad (aka PK's place) is no longer a apartment. We are in the process of creating a massive kitchen/dining room.
The bedroom in there has been annexed to the party room so that the party's can expand. I have seen approximately 150 people at each party.
the upstairs single bath has been gutted and redone. The alumni paid 370 and the actives paid 400.
There is DSL throughout the whole house.
Dumpster service is soon to arrive.
The actives have taken it upon themselves to repaint the entire house. I think the active are going to post pictures of the recent improvments.

Can we, for the love of God, and for us absolutely lazy slackasses who don't have the manual dexterity to place a stamp on an envelope after writing a check.... please get that Paypal system setup to deposit directly into the Alumni bank account? Besides, it'll give D-con something to do. :)
