first I wanted to announce the new Alumni association E-Board as a result of the elections held on Oct 16th weekend up in good old Erie
President - Brian Lindner (yes, I am back! )
Exec - Barry Gunther
Finance - Dave Madl (Yes, dave is nuts too)
Membership - Jesse Shrock
Programs - Jarod Stanton
I am looking forward to working with the new guys to the e-board and getting some good things done. Madl and I got to see a lot over the past 2 years and look plan to continue to get the house slowly worked on, and hopefully to get the Association Memebership, and alumni involvement in general with the chapter, up.
So to that end and to get people together....
It was discussed and we decided to try to get a Monthly Happy Hour of sorts together. Starting in November (Nov 5th to be exact) on the first friday of each month why not plan to get together for a few hours with the guys and have a few. The location for now will be Bar Louie at Station Square. The time, Anytime starting at about 6pm.
If you want to go early for Happy Hour, great.. Want to come later, cool. Just a way for us all to get together more often, catch up on events, talk and of course get all crazy in da burgh. In the future the location may change, but for now it will remain at station square for a while. (unless someone else has a better idea) We figured for now make it a constant place to get people organized, we can always move it later.
