University President Calls Students' Actions 'Utterly Unacceptable'
TEMPE, Ariz. -- Some Arizona State University fraternity members are being investigated for allegedly appearing in a porn video.
The video was reportedly shot on campus last September by a California video company, but university officials say they didn't learn of it until last month.
They're investigating to determine if the students violated the school's code of conduct. It's not known how many students are alleged to be in the video.
ASU's president says the students' actions are "utterly unacceptable." One student who's a member of ASU's student government told the Arizona Republic he's in the video, but says he sees no reason to apologize.
He says it was "200 fraternity guys having a good time." The video reportedly shows frat members performing sexual acts on female porn stars.
Bob Soza, dean of student life, said the campus judicial affairs office is investigating Theta Chi, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Kappa Sigma and Sigma Nu, a fraternity already serving a two-year suspension for hazing, for their involvement in the video
